Troubleshooting Error Messages

Make sure the memory card is in your Android device and that it is not mounted to a computer via USB

Take some photos and try again

Make sure your Android device is connected to the wifi network

Your computer with the shared folder must be on the same network as your Android device and also check that the firewall is not blocking file sharing

Check the settings within Image Transfer and make sure there are no typos, view the tutorial videos if you need help setting up file sharing on your computer

Note: A small number of Windows users have reported issues with sharing folders and being stuck with 'read-only' permissions. This is an issue with Windows and the following sites may be helpful if you experience this:
